My Approach as a Ui/Ux designer
As a Ui/Ux designer, my goal was to simplify the shopping journey while keeping the interface visually compelling.
Clear hierarchy: I structured the layout with a strong visual hierarchy, hero banners for promotions, followed by categorized sections and trending products.
Easy navigation: Category filters and top navigation were designed to help users quickly find what they need without feeling overwhelmed.
Consistency: I used consistent colors (bold red accents), spacing, and card components to create a cohesive design system.
User engagement: Promotional banners, discounts, and “trending products” sections were strategically placed to encourage exploration and increase conversions.
Scannability: Product cards were kept minimal with essential details, making it easy for users to scan multiple items quickly.
